It could be that the second game was simply more demanding on your machine than first game, but if this happens regularly then it's more likely that your graphics card or CPU is getting warm and throttling a bit to avoid becoming too hot. Another possibility is that you're running low on memory and after a while the OS has to start paging and unpaging things to keep up with the game's demands. If you have more than 2GiB of memory then this probably isn't the case.

well its not 1st time happening last 3-4 days its same story, and i have 20+ gb of free space on sistem

example: in 1st dota game i have up to 70 fps but it drops time to time especially in team fights what is something i expect coz my pc is not the best and i have average of let's say 45 fps. but in 2nd game i like i have locket around 30-35 fps and often drops 29,27 any suggestions?
