Why morally wrong ?
The only reason I see is the GA description, and I don't know for the other extensions but ESGST displays it if there's one.
Any other reason ?

Optional actually. You can toggle pop-up descriptions on/off.

"Scripts should not be used to automatically enter into giveaways. This includes scripts that enter multiple giveaways at once, or scripts that enter giveaways while you are away."
I'm not sure if such an extension would fall under that, but technically you're saving half of the clicks you'd normally have to make which means it takes you half the time to use all your points which would give you an advantage over people not using an extension. But at the same time it's really just a time management extension, which I don't think SG could stop you from using. You should probably wait for an official response though.

Doesn't matter, since there's a point restriction anyways. The rule is there to prevent users from using automated process which either enters giveaways without them being there (which means you enter as soon as your points are recharged at all times) or I guess something extreme like a one-click "enter everything" script or whatever.

Exactly. It doesn't necessary give you an edge over other users - just reduced efforts necessary, and therefore time. You still have to be there and click through giveaways - Quoting Mully; "legally" right, but potentially morally wrong depending on your opinion.

Sorry if this is the wrong place.
But, is it fine to use an extension on Steamgifts as long as it doesn't sign you up for give-aways without any user input?
Like, for example, an extension that shows buttons next to each giveaway letting you sign up, but you still have to join each one individually.
