Using the Steam Market with a new account

Hi, I am trying to get Premium for 10 new TF2 Accounts
of mine. My tactic is, to sell a item from my new acc and
buy it with my new account. But I dont know If i can use the market
since I only have TF2 and Chess the Gathering on each account.
Does anybody knows sth about it?

This seems to be implying you have multiple accounts, which is against the TOS. So you should probably think about it.

Won't work. You have to buy an item from the Mann Store. Community market purchases won't make the accounts premium.

I know, I just wanna sell an item with my new acc and get 0,39€ for it and buy the
cheapest item in the Mann and CO store.

I'm not sure you can sell anything in the Community Market without purchasing something from Valve using real money.

You need to have a purchase in your account before you can use the market. If you meet that requirement, and have had steamguard enabled for at least 15 days, you can do it.
