I think that's probably an auto-translation for "wholesome", which to be fair could be used to describe food that is good for your health. Doesn't seem like a good translation for the intending meaning here, though!
Although maybe it's also used for the intended meaning and I'm just not very familiar with it! It seems like sano might sometimes be used to say something is pleasantly sweet and innocent. My Spanish isn't so good 😅

Oh, yeah, it's not technically wrong, just a bit odd. My guess is that they're using it the way someone would say "diversión sana" (healthy fun), it's just than that's how you would sell it to a parent concerned about their child potentially playing violent video games, not exactly gamer lingo like most tags.

Now I think of it, the phrase "wholesome fun" would be very old-fashioned and uncool, and it's really only in the past few years that it's become fairly common to talk about "wholesome games".

Feed All Monsters
Looks to be a very cute, well-constructed little puzzle game, and all of the 280 reviews from users who bought on Steam are positive.
At full price it's already very cheap, so at 67% off it seems like a steal.
