For me, it's sushi and frozen hot chocolate.

Pecan Pie. I never had any and I don't see how I'd get ahold of any without making it myself anytime soon

Bread, fermenting stuff, sushi, steamed bun / gyoza / pirogi / anything similar - I LOVE the concept of filled pastry. idk what else, surely there are tons :/

I like cooking and I think I'm doing it pretty well, but the rented flat's stove is a bit.. moody, and so am I. I can't be arsed to cook for weeks or months, then it's the most relaxing thing ever. It's super mood dependant, especially experimenting, pr trying something new.

oOoh I love fermenting stuff. What do you want to try?
Pro tip: if it's garlic, it's really important you have a well isolated space to do that. If you live in a building and you use your cellar, neighbors might think you have a dead body in there. And by might, I mean they definitely will.

Partially for flavour, partially to make vegetables more varied and to last longer - fermentation and/or pickling :) kimchi is a really good food, I've seen radish, daikon radish, cucumber alternatives, but I could say the same for cauliflower, some fruits, pickled green tomato is awesome (and apparently I'm alone with this idea in my family :D)

Well you can pickle without fermentation so maybe they'd like that more.
But yesss flavor! Also it's very good for you.
If I had more room for another fridge, I'd have even more experiments going on but I'd probably need a new apartment altogether lol

I keep telling myself that I'll ask my grandfather to teach me how to make bread the way he does, but it's easier to just eat the bread he makes instead so I keep postponing it.

I want to brew beer. My uncle does it from time to time. You can of course do it at home as well with the brewing kits you can buy, but I guess I want to go and do it in a brewery with my uncle. I have had the hope to do that for 2 or 3 years I think, but havent gotten around doing it finally.

Milk tea. I've just ran out of black tea a few days ago, too.

Besides that, probably a bunch of cursed concoctions people have come up with online.

If you want a cursed concoction, try mixing orange juice, chocolate milk, and fruit punch.

For now. It's a green mutton korma an sg user shared about. I want to reply him with a ' hey look! I made it and it was glorious'. But I'm too lazy to research and formulate a recipe and to get the ingredients.

Takoyaki. I even bought a pan for making them - 3 years ago. It will happen some day...

As for drink, I've been wanting to try my hand at making mead for ages. I finally live somewhere with enough space to set it up, so it might happen soon(ish).
