[Solved]A small halloween(?) puzzle. [lv 2+]

trying my hand out at a 2solve puzzle because... well, it looks fun. hopefully not too complicated. a bit unsure on whether i should call this a halloween puzzle since this will be open for about two weeks but oh well.

As per the description in the puzzle, Hint - U,U,U,l,l [U=UPPERCASE, l=lowercase], the cases of answers follow that order.

Inputting these answers in the quiz gives you the link to my Quake giveaway.

Now for the hidden giveaway, you have to simply take the first letter of each answer, once again hinted by the above hint, and you'll have the link to my God Eater 3 giveaway.
