Super-late Cake Day Train [Necro'd + GA'd]

My first cake day has come and gone, as have my exams. (Life is way too busy right now.) Anyway, I finally have the time to put together a train for you folks, so here you go! I'm afraid this one is entirely IndieGala bundle leftovers, as those expire if left on the shelf too long, but I'll try to put together a nicer batch of giveaways soon (once I have time and GA slots again).
