The leaked alpha is a few month old build. E3 demo looked like when the mod first started out.

I think its gonna turn out fine.

They are going to let the server calculate the zombie paths rather than the client calculate them and send them to the server for verification, this should improve latency on the zombies and make them less annoying, plus they fixed pathing issues so they follow you way better now and are finally able to "run" inside buildings.

They have also added some new attack animations (or attack types if you want) like leaping attacks for example.

It's still not Summer Sale. They can release right before the sale (like a day before it).

Interstellar marines is already on Steam if you bought it from their site. Unlike Planetary Anihilation they are selling closed beta secretly.

If you are talking about the mod on Arma 2, yes it will be better than that they are reworking most of the systems from the mod. BUT dont expect a bug free game, after all it's going to be released in Alpha version.

It will be much better. Better performance, less bugs. And btw, zombies use hearing more than sight. Try to move quietly.
