Can you giveaway a game that's only available outside your region

I somehow in a key bundle got the game Battle Vs Chess which isn't available in the US due to a trademark dispute. So would I be able to make a give away and specify its everywhere but here, or do I have to chuck this towards Steamtrades as a everywhere but US key?
