Same here, I wanted that game so much and I won it here, I was thrilled , a friend even had bought the humble monthly so we both had the game, it was supposed to be awesome.
The thing is, the game is not optimized at all, the lets play looks good because youtubers have beasts pc's. My pc is normal, can run several AAA in medium or high, I can't run this game, loadings are huge, textures look worse than minecraft, gameplay is so buggy, crashes a lot, 20 fps, it's unplayable and i thought it was my pc's fault. But wait, my friends pc is a BEAST, GTX 980, i7 something (a really recent one) and 16GB RAM, the game run on his pc almost the same as mine..
We were really disappointed..

Yupp. My friend can play Witcher 3 easily in ultra, and has to play this game in Medium for it to be playable because it lags and stutters so much!
