I won the lottery an hour ago but so far nothing I have not received key, did not get the gift and now?

The giveaway maker has upto a week to get the game to you. If after a week you still have not gotten the game, mark as not received and move on.

Also read the FAQ, its filled with lots of good information on stuff like this.

You have to wait for the giveaway creator to sent you the gift. Just be patient. :)
