Dont remember which fifa was the last one i tried on pc(think ive tried 12 too) but i remember it didnt had the tricks that has at ps3 and the graphics didnt seem so nice as on ps3.
I dont have a xbox360 controller so that maybe was the problem for not being able to do the tricks if it has them...

It definitely has tricks. I dont really care about being able to do tricks in FIFA though.
I played 12 on console, but I played 13 on both and 13 was literally the same game on both. If you have a decent rig, IMO the PC version outclassed the console.

Just tired it on my PS3. Feels new which is good since Fifa 13 has been feeling too familiar in the last few months.
I think the reason that it runs so good on PC is that the graphics are not very demanding anyways. I think we are going to see a very minimal difference between the PS3 and PS4 versions.

I dont expect much out of the first iteration of the game on PS4/Xbone. EA tends to shit the bed with the first game in new generations, but definitely want to see how this engine plays.
I enjoyed the 14 demo. It's not a big step up from 13, but not a step back either. I will be getting it eventually.

I'm happy to not get the new engine this year. I wouldn't be buying a next gen console for Fifa, so I'm just happy to get the same as the current gen. I'd rather have Fifa 14 now instead of waiting a few months for it too. Hopefully the engine will be more polished by 15 too.

" I'm especially impressed that I can run it suitably on this 7 year-old PC I'm currently using. Admittedly, it's going to look a heck of a lot prettier on newer rigs, but I'm just happy I can get it to run to a playable standard. A lot of other games could take a lesson in optimisation from Fifa 14."
I'm not impressed, and you probably shouldn't be either. Current generation graphics are for the console versions only. PC owners will have to make do with last gen screenery, so if your PC could run last year's version, it will probably run this iteration too.
EA's excuse was that there would be some PCs in the marketplace which couldn't run the engine. Guess EA haven't heard of scalability? Also, somebody should have told the Battlefield 4 devs too...
My Origin avoidance means I wouldn't have bought this anyway, but as a PC owner, EA's attitude to the platform sucks :(

The Fifa 14 demo is now available to download from Origin.
I've played a coupled of friendlies and a couple of FUT matches so far. I'm impressed with the new pure shot feature, it feels like the shots are much more realistic. I'm also finding the controls to be a lot tighter in general, which really helps. Overall, it's not too different from 13, but the gameplay elements that have been introduced are really well polished. Also the elements introduced over the past couple of years (tactical defending, first touch, etc.) have been brushed up and everything fits together nicely. People who played a lot of Fifa 13 will notice the differences, where more casual players may not.
The overhaul to FUT looks really interesting, I've never been much of a FUT player previously, but the gameplay is less arcade-like and more on par with the standard gameplay so I may get into it this year.
For me, the main draw is always career mode. Unfortunately there's nothing new to show of that on the demo, so I'll have to wait until release but I have high hopes.
Overall I'm impressed with the standard of the game, I'm especially impressed that I can run it suitably on this 7 year-old PC I'm currently using. Admittedly, it's going to look a heck of a lot prettier on newer rigs, but I'm just happy I can get it to run to a playable standard.
