I cant Install Borderlands 3 in my region!!! Help :|

So i bought a CIS/RUS CD key and i activated the key on my account ( My region is Russia btw) but now i cant download the game and it says Download isnt available in your region!!!! what the hell should i do?
Btw i cant refund it cuz its a cd key !!

Maybe wait 90 days!!!

Did you use VPN to activate the game ? or are you truly physically in Ru region ?

You are in RU physically?.. And if so.. Have you changed your account location as well?..
