I gave gift but it's not marked received

What to do with people who get a gift you've sent but haven't marked received it yet? I can see in their library that it's there now, I have asked them to mark it as received, but still the gift is open in my list.

You should open a ticket about that issue, man. And try talking to the guy meanwhile, maybe you can settle it with him.

Would love to talk to him (have him on Steam as 'friend' while the game is not marked as received), but he's always offline when I'm online :( I did send him a message through steam already asking him to mark as received though, but nothing. Not even a word through Steam chat :(

Looks like it'll be a support ticket when 7 days have passed...

They have 7 days, then you can make a ticket regarding their misdeeds.

Winner has seven days to mark it, then open a support ticket. Hope you have proof that you gave the game.
