How 3-4-5-6 packs are working now?

We all have our assumptions how multi-packs will be working after the new restrictions from Valve were introduced. In this thread I would like to here from people who actually already bought a multi-pack so that they actually know how the new system works. The main question is: if you biu a multi-pack in a region with a lower price, for example in canadian or norwegian store, will gifts in your inventory become tradable in 30 days as they did before? If yes, will it possible to activate those gifts in a more expensive regions, for example in EU?

i can't speak for actual 3-4-5-6 packs, but i did apply a copy of minion masters steamkey on a alt account and it spit out a totally regular old system tradeable after 30days gift that can still be emailed. (essentially a 2pack)

i don't think they changed multipacks at all.

Now the question that remains is, are those gifts Trade restricted the same way new "Gift" buys are?

2-5 packs works as always. Same with extra-copies from this list
