Well, it is the middle of the night for most users, and this is level 3+, and it's a 1 hour GA, and it's 50 damn points. So not surprising.
In fact, even I didn't enter it, and I'm online and this is wishlisted and I have enough points. It's just not that high a priority for me, I'd rather spend my points on better odds and/or more desired games.
Now, if this was for a Cities: Skylines collection, I'd join even with 3000 entries.
