Sorry about that. I've replaced it with another key (starts with C). Hopefully this one works for you.

Bummer. Well, since the keys aren't working, may I have your permission to delete the giveaway?

if you win some of the keys the least you can do is give a key that works

I don't control whether the keys work. I've paid real money for these keys, but sometimes things go wrong. Whether the sellers are distributing non-working keys, or bots happen to have guessed a key and used it when they shouldn't, things can happen outside of my control. I feel like buying two keys for a simple SteamGifts giveaway is more than adequate effort. I'm not just going to continue spending an infinite amount of money buying an infinite number of keys until you say that one works. As you can see from my SteamGifts profile, I give out more keys than I win. This is an unfortunate oddity, not the norm.
