Thats not how this works. If the winner would be an as... not a nice person, he has not to agree to delete the giveaway (I would, though ^^).

It is usually better to give these away in groups where the people are known to be nice or whitelist.

Usually it works, because the majority of people is nice, but there are exeptions ;->

Just wanted to tell/remind you, that GA descriptions are not binding contracts ;->
