Sadly, it'll probably stay epic exclusive forever. If my memory is correct, Epic paid for the whole development. Also that probably means, that they will give the game for free in a year or two... :D
All of the soundtrack (I meant) has lyrics, and some of the songs were created by a real band, Poets of the Fall, (In game name: Old gods of Asgard) or at least 3 members of the group.
Tho Bastion and The Flame in the Flood is in Your list, so You might find something in Alan Wake 2 songs to Your liking ^^
