I only point out a cheater after manually confirming a game isn't in their Steam library.

Technically, the correct response is just to report the cheater, but citing the rules and posting the evidence serves as a deterrent to other potential cheaters, including those who aren't aware that re-gifting is cheating. I post a gentler message on a re-gift GA if a user is new (<2 months) and it's their first offense.

I confess that I do enjoy catching cheaters.

by the way, is there fastest way to check it? sometimes im giving away a lot of key, it gonna be pain in the as* if i check them one by one in SGT, i mean something like a firefox/chrome extension ??

The sgtools links is the easiest way, but it's fairly easy to sniff the cheats out with practice. Always confirm before reporting, of course. Moderators have a hard enough job without false positives.
