I just entered the CD keyto activate the game, and it states this key has been activated on another account.

I have marked the giveaway as not received for the aforementioned reason. Staff/mods, I give permission for the user who posted the giveaway to have it deleted, IF the user does not have - in staff's/moderator's opinion - a signifcantly suspect history of giveaways that had issues of this sort, or any other such issues likely within the user's control. If it is the staff's/moderator's opinion that there is sufficient evidence of wrongdoing on the part of the poster of this giveaway, then I support the staff's/moderator's actions taken concerning the matter, provided I suffer no negative impacts as this occurred through no fault of my own.
