You shouldn't mark giveaway you can't activate as received. As right now you confirmed you have game that's not on your account. And you can be suspended for having inactivated wins.
You should contact creator again and ask them to delete this giveaway. And then they can create another with proper region restrictions. Or write you will contact support to change status of this giveaway to not received.
