Can I enter this if I already have the standard edition but not the deluxe? Would love to have the DLC.
Yeah, it's pretty lousy that Steam doesn't sell the DLC as a small package on it's own.

Sorry I feel it wouldn't be good for people who have never had a chance to play, so I'd have to say no. I agree it is a real shame though :(
Not to advocate piracy, but since this Steam Deluxe Edition is the only way to get the DLC, you can get it from torrent sites. And this is what you get if you don't put up a supply for the demand (piracy occurs).
Great game although a little outdated , still fun to play though . Never had any of the DLC's
