Normally DLCs are listed (if any are owned) under Friends, Achievements and Trading Cards panels, and above Screenshots and My Review. I hope it's also the case for all removed games (for some, like -.Arcane preRaise - it is the case).
Alternative (but not foolproof): go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ and search for DLC activation. Be advised though some DLC packs or keys activating game and some DLC may be shown as one entry .

Check for DLC section on Library page (last screenshot screenshot for other game because if no DLC, it doesn't show the section; Perhaps also because game is removed but I'm not 100% sure). It should be between achievements and screenshots.
