Sooooo... I Am Alive has been on my wishlist for quite a while and despite the mixed reviews, it looks like it's worth playing. Hopefully, whoever wins this will not be disappointed with the game. :3

The game is great. The mixed reviews were due to bad optimization. I heard that anyone runing above windows 7 couldn't play this game, dunno if they fixed it yet

I admit I haven't read many negative reviews... the ones I've seen were mostly about, as you've said, how the game won't work on newer systems. And also, how it felt like an unfinished game. Eventually, I will get I Am Alive and will be able to form my own opinion. ;)

BTW, I agree with Ph03n1xSA that it would be best to the change the title to "play by ourselves" (instead of with). This is the meaning I assume you want in a thread about gaming. What is in the title now has a completely different meaning...

I'm fully aware of that "other" meaning and that was intentional. I just thought it would be funny, albeit silly, and that it would be easier to catch people's attention with such phrasing. Is it that bad and tasteless?
If you check a couple of post above yours, you'll see that I got a Lenny face from someone else. I really thought someone would post something like that waaayyy before.

Oh, yeah, totally! :D Even on the group's steam page, I use the same sentence, combined with "single player mode" aaaand the title even has "forever alone" in it. I know it's kinda dumb, but I thought I was being funny at the time of writing it. :p
