Regarding your recent User Report ticket, I'm answering you here as we cannot leave comments on User Reports.

If you are having trouble with a giveaway you won, the proper course of action is not to open a User Report. You will need to contact the giveaway creator about the issue so that they could potentially resolve the situation. You can do this by leaving a comment under the giveaway you won and explaining what your issue is.

If the creator is not able to resolve the issue or if they ignore your message, then you can simply mark the giveaway as "Not Received" after one week has passed from the giveaway ending. You can also agree to the giveaway being deleted if the creator asks for it, but you don't have to give this agreement if you don't want to do so.
