There are two listings for this DLC in the store...the one attached to this GA has a price, but is not correctly linked as DLC to the base game. The other one (http://store.steampowered.com/app/42180/Hamiltons_Great_Adventure_Retro_Fever/) is correctly linked as DLC, but is not purchasable.

So, in short, it looks like a Steam store screw-up. :P

What are you talking about man? You should have put the clarification in the GA comments...
I just clicked 2 random users who also entered here, and they don't have the base game... So pay attention to those who win.
It is an error from Steam, the DLC is not related to the base game.
