The very first Humble Indie Bundle included keys to previous bundles, so you'd get keys for the first one when you bought the second one and for the second one when you bought the third.

Humble Indie Bundle 2 had keys for Humble Indie Bundle 2, Cortex Command, Samorost 2 and Humble Indie Bundle 1, it's the final key which I'm giving away.... I know It's bit confusing, I know.... ^_^;
