Hi, sorry I took so long to answer.
Sadly I can't claim it in my country apparently, which is strange since I never had any issue with hb.
The key is still good to go, so I don't know how you wish to proceed next.

The giveaway creator posted a support ticket to get this giveaway rerolled, informing us the game key was region locked and that they gave you another key. While you got a game, please be sure to mark a giveaway received only if you get the correct game. Anyone who checks your wins will find this one missing from your account.

Why have you marked it as not received? We've just been informed that you have received yet another key which worked for you. Hence, since you've received the gift and activated in on your account (as I've just confirmed - the game is in your library) you should give received feedback.

Even though you're a long time user of Steamgifts, please take the time to familiarize yourself with the rules and proceedings of Steamgifts as outlined in the FAQ and Guidelines. From what you'll read there everything should be clear and make sense to you. Especially when to give Received and when to give Not Received feedback.

Ah, I see the problem. When the creator wanted this giveaway rerolled, saying they had given the winner another key, I had assumed a key for a different game (why reroll otherwise), but saw the giveaway was marked received, so informed the winner to only mark it received when they receive the correct game. Given the reroll request, I had assumed the replacement would be a different game, but seems it was replaced with another key for the same game that did work for them.

My original comment likely confused some confusion. Whoops. -_-

My bad here. In the ticket, when the creator mentioned giving you another key, I had assumed it was for a different game, because they wanted to reroll, and why do that if you got the correct game from this giveaway. Sorry for the confusion.
