also: A Steam key was added in Sep, 2013 for Omegalodon accessible through Desura.

Why would you interest specifically in something that happened almost 4 YEARS ago? Gifter gived me only half keys, others I didn't needed, so I accepted it. Also, it is said in giveaway that it was separate keys, so what, key for new game should've magically appeared in my library?

it doesn't matter how long ago it was. the rules are such that a winner is supposed to receive every portion of their win, otherwise such things as this happen, in which it is unknown whether the winner didn't redeem all of their win (to possibly regift or trade those parts) or the gifter didn't give all of what they were obligated to.
i saw this but the writing in the description ("AND GIVING AWAY SEPARATE CD CODES ARE FOR CHEAP PEOPLE") makes it sound like the gifter was condemning that, although that is apparently what they were doing.
also, i only pointed out Omegalodon for your benefit - since that key was apparently added after the fact, i was willing to forgive that one.
