You get like 1 gem worth 0.03 cents per card, completely pointless. If you craft a badge you get a sale card that's already worth 100 times that per 5-15 cards.

Unmarketable cards you mean? You can collect and craft badges with them so people will trade for them. Personally I like to collect full sets and swap with sets4sets bots until I get something better.

Anywhere people or bots trade cards really, Steam Market is the only place where not. Full sets are easiest because you get other full sets back that you might craft or sell.
Just don't listen to people with no clue and waste like 95% of their value with couple gems.

If you mean non-marketable, you can turn them into gems, or trade with others to complete sets and craft badges. I don't know if anyone would trade anything of value for those.

some guys collect dem or maybe crush dem for gems and use dem for craft a booster if you have enough gems

There are trading groups like https://steamcommunity.com/groups/OrphanCards, https://steamcommunity.com/groups/deaditems or https://steamcommunity.com/groups/tradingcards and there are some sites (I never used these myself so not sure how good these are) like https://oy-vey-keys.com/ or https://steamlvlup.com/ where you can trade your non marketable cards.
