I'm romanian and i use everything in English. 've been using english language in every software, game, operating system, etc ... whenever i see at a neighbour a software translated into romanian i find it hard to operate in my own language. My advice is that you should stick to the english language whenever you're on PC ( except for chatting of course, with your friends from your own country - Needed to be very specific ). I even tried to play X-Blades in Romanian ... ended up laughing hard and changed it back to English since the terms sound a bit more realistic than those in my language.
