Random new game in steam library?

I had a bit of a down time with gaming (well at least through steam) but recently I opened steam and I found Sleeping Dogs in my library, which I did not buy , won here or received from a friend (at least nobody said they would give it to me and I haven't gotten any notifications about it). So now I'm wondering, has anybody else had that, or was there something I didn't know about that could have gotten me it? Also I've gotten two small DLCs for it too (the community gift pack and the valve T-shirt pack) and it says their aquisition method is retail.

You mean the Steam Strading Cards? I have had time off of steam gaming as I said so it's not that, also the list of transactions say I got it on April 23rd.

I know it is, but I'm not that interested in it, especially after playing a lot of it at my friend's house. I would have been happy to trade it, or gift it away, but it's in my library so that's not gonna happen

I'm pretty sure not but that link is simply amazing. Also I don't have a credit card because I'm 17, so I don't buy games through steam, only in retail, and steam sales don't apply to retail (at least here)

I don't drink alcohol, although when my friends and I have a party of some kind where they drink they always tell me that I aways look the most drunk :D
