I'm sorry for what happened to Charles, it's a shame he wants to give up on Steam because of one bad egg, especially given the time, effort and money he's put into it :( Hopefully it will just be a short break, or he can find a friend, family member or his own family who can enjoy his account.

This sucks. I remember getting my account hijacked after getting a virus when I was younger. I had bought CS:GO not too long before, (when it used to cost money LOL) and when I finally formatted my PC and changed the password I'd already gotten slapped with a VAC ban :/
This is actually my 2nd (and now main) account as I didn't want that VAC ban stamp on my profile and didn't care much to open a new one. I will say though that it sucks alot.
Hope he isn't too upset by it! And hey, maybe this is for the best? :P I know I'd personally benefit from less gaming, both eyestrain-wise and freeing up more time to indulge in my other hobbies XD
