IndieGala took my 1 euro, idk why

Hello guys! :)
It's my 2nd purchase on IG (I bought friday special bundle) and they took my 1 euro with payment (2$) ;(
i have 2 checks with 1 euro and 2 dollars on my bank history
paid via VISA

Does anyone know why they took 1 euro?

ya it happened to me too. I just stopped buying from the site.
I used Virtual Visa card as my real bank cards weren't accepted. contacted support but it was useless. after a week I just gave up & started using Steam, Bundlestars & humble bundle only.

nope..
but Bundlestars support did gift me bundle just because. the guy on the other side was very happy to help & understanding about it!
Humble bundle support was quick too.. their support made me buy another couple of bundles from both the sites.
Fuck Ubi support. and i'm glad i never had to contact steam support yet..but I digress XD

ya.. my both banks debit cards have some trouble over international transactions
IG took couple of more dollars than they were supposed to
Bundlestars problem was..you know to confirm the bank account they debit 1 euro & credit it back after transaction is complete? it didn't after I bought 1 bundle twice in a row. I never got that money but was happy with bundle & how support treated me.
Humblebundle wasn't problem as such, I just claimed a game-key-page by mistake & once they flagged my purchases as someone else buying bulk bundles. the support was great both times.
Ubi ..I bought splinter cell blacklist physical copy & mulitplayer still doesn't work. Ubi just straight up raised their hands to say it's your problem & kept sending me automated messages for 2 weeks.

I also have bad experiences with buying IndieGala bundles, so I either skip or trade for them, for a long time ago.

Might have been an issue with transfer? I doubt they would try to scam you or something. I usually take the 'scumbag'(lol) route and just pay $1 anyways.

1 euro is usually a card verification fee. If you look on your statement, you might be able to see if it says such a thing.
