Hi all i know you cant giveaway the desura keys in an indie royale bundle. But i wanted to know can you giveaway the steam keys to friends if you alreay have them or will i get in trouble for doing it.

Depends on their ToS.

HiB for example stated that keys are for your personal use only, which implies that you should not give them away to a 3rd party.

Afaik, IR doesn't have that strict a ToS and in any case, they will not send the internet police over to you for giving a key you don't want to a friend.

Personal Use doesn't mean you can't Give it Away.. Personal Use means it's not used for Resell other stuff.. but u can use it for your own interest.. in interest could mean for a Giveaway.. for a prize.. anything u want as long as u don't use it in intent of business :)
