Your GiveAway status is " Awaiting feedback" so it didn't give you any value yet. When winner marks it as received you will receive 2.25$ value (15% of 15$, as it's a bundle game)
as you are now at lvl 1.33, it means you so far have 8,26 level value, with new GA your value will be 10.51$, meaning you will need 14.5$ of level value to get to lvl 2.

It's not really too complicated. You can view lvl requirements on forum, for example here: http://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/XaCbA/list-of-all-cv-levels-and-their-corresponding-real-cv
And you just to keep in mind 2 important rules.
- Bundle games will give you only 15% of their value (you can see the list of bundle games here: http://steamgifts.com/bundle-games you can also use search function onleft side to check each game you want to give away).
- If you givre more than 5 copies of the same game their value will decrease by 10% each copy, so first 5 copies of let's say GTA V will give you full value each, 6th copy will give you 90%, 7th will give you 10% less than last one so 81%, 8th will give you 72,9% etc.
