Giveaway duplicated

Well I wanted to do a giveaway since I thought I didn't have any use for that key, but then a friend told me I could, so I deleted the giveaway and today I looked on the site, and it told me I have one pending gift to be gifted, confused I checked and saw that the giveaway was duplicated, and no, I didn't make it twice. I'd notice since I double checked afterwards.

And the ticket to delete the giveaway on this page ? http://www.steamgifts.com/support/tickets

Anyway, contact the winner and explain them the situation, then ask them if they agree to delete the giveaway. If they agree, you can get the giveaway deleted by support.

Thanks for the tips, and yes I did see the giveaway deleted and the ticket.
But I already send another key, just wanted to point out that it's a thing.
But since it was from HB the thing was cheap anyways, and i'm in a good mood so.
Thanks for the tips though TempeteJoachim, i'll triple check next time.

i got that BUG too, twice
at least both havent finished yet so i can safely delete it
but those two are making me sad (2 gibs with deleted painted red)

Wellp, mine was for like 3 or 4 hours but I played some games afterwards because I was certain it was deleted. :c
Anyways, closing this discussion now, just be sure to always double check xD
