Was unsure when I saw main game wasnt profile limited. Now I saw it has one entry so now we know it doesnt matter if the DLC is it. Just as long main game isnt limited :)

I don't know about the low entries, but obscuring the link here is usually used to keep bots out of invite only giveaways and that won't do anything for this giveaway because it is public. Anyone that owns the game should see this on their main giveaways page and bots will enter from there if they want to.

If you check the archives the DLC has been given away a lot more often here than the base game. So everyone who needed it could have easily picked it up by now. The DLC has probably been available for a very low price on a Russian grey market site. I seem to have found one with googling where it costs 1 RUB.
