There is. It's on the motherboard and has 4 or 8 pins.

Would help if you told us what the PSU is. Just make sure the cable from the PSU is the PCI-E power cable. It's okay for there to only be 2 yellow ones connected and one pin being completely unconnected, which you can see from this diagram.

Couldn't find much about Intex PSUs, but based on what I found, they're pretty low quality. Does it have a sticker with specifications on it or anything like that? I'd say it's also unlikely that it's actually 600W, because the cheap PSUs are usually overrated i.e. have much higher wattage than they can output.

Found some store page that listed that specifications for it, which said it only has 18 amps on the +12V rail. That is very little for any system. Your GPU even has 24A requirement on the +12V rail, so under load the power supply can break/explode or your pc can just shutdown. I'd recommend investing in a higher quality PSU, if at all possible.

Yeah, it's actually more like 200W PSU, if this is correct: http://intexuae.com/index.php/products/it-23f2/.
Well it has theoretically 600W, but it's in 3.3V and 5V lines which modern PCs do not use.
