thanks for a quick answer, it's Wolfenstein: Youngblood, bought from a region where no region lock should be applicable (e. i. I'm not in Germany, nor Switzerland, nor Russia - I found on Steamdb that those countries receive region locked copies for some reason)

Switzerland is actually the best place to by the Machinegames Wolfenstein games from on Steam as they get a package that includes both the German and the ROW versions of the games in a single purchase. I had all the games gifted by Swiss users so I could get both without having to buy the German versions separately.

The depiction and usage of Nazi symbols wasn't allowed at all in games until recently. Now it's allowed, if Nazis are as depicted as they have been and the game is considered art, just like it has been for movies, TV shows, books etc. before. Therefore there won't be special German versions for Wolfenstein required in the future.

I wanted them partly as a collector (cries in Wolfenstein 2009) and partly as an achievement hunter.

Hi, could somebody help me with a basic questions please?
Does key redemption work the same way on Bethesda as on Steam, e.i. if I attempt to activate a key for a game I already own, is the key still valid? Or is it used up already? (asking because of an accidental purchase after an impulse buy, just to find out the same impulse buy has already happened in the past and I had forgotten... now I tried to activate a second key for a game I already own). I want to give it to somebody, will the key work for them?
Thanks in advance for an answer
(I suspect it should still be valid, but I want to be sure)
