It's inappropriate behaviour. Might be useful, but there's more important things for cg to work on and I think anyone who's reporting someone is unlikely to be the sort of person who needs the reminder.

You're fine Hillary. Me and the guys will keep the avatar of your exposed, wrinkly, saggy boobs to ourselves. We can be discrete, honey.
Or is that "Inappropriate Behavior"? Damnit.

It's the opposite of "appropriate." Hope that helps.

I just reported a user for calling out what they believed to be a fake giveaway and noticed that there was no option to select 'calling out' on the drop down list. Granted, there is an 'other' option and it could fit under 'inappropriate behavior,' but given how rampant calling out is to the point where many users don't even realize it's against the rules, and given how support recently made a thread addressing calling out, I think a specific option for calling out should be present when reporting users, if only to remind users that it is indeed against the rules.
Any thoughts? I learned everything I know about HTML from Neopets back in the nineties, so I have no idea how difficult this would be, for one.
