Do you buy PC games on other launchers?
There are way worse than they, like paradox games, EA Sims 4, or Frontier Developments's park sim games. Oh and I am still waiting for a fcking Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War bundle with their 100€ of DLC drop for 10 or less :)
In this case, South Park's DLC are purely cosmetics and skipables, Valiant has none, and Watch_Dogs - Season Pass is 4€, so that's cheaper with the base game than buying the deluxe which is 6€.

I know, I know, but Steam's historical lows are 3 times more than this. And who knows, maybe you will get a free Steam version if Ubisoft closes shop :) (I'm joking and I'm not trying to start a flame war, but it happened with the Bethesda launcher)
Links are for the EU, so region pricing may apply.
South Park - The Stick of Truth Standard Edition
Watch Dogs Standard Edition
(Just FYI Watch Dogs Standard Edition is free if you buy the Watch Dog Legion season pass or the Deluxe or Gold version of it)
Valiant Hearts: The Great War Standard Edition
