Go with a human for Luck of Heroes. Worship Tymora and if you're a cleric go for the Luck domain. A Favoured Soul of Tymora can be a double edge sword, everything is a gamble. Donate to Temples of Tymora. Make sure to test your luck, luck favours the bold. Luckstones are a common item and are generally easy to obtain. Do not do anything to upset or mock Lady Luck.

It was a whole year before I won anything, around 1300 entries, then I gave away a game and won 2, gave away another and won another 2. It's like the system favors you if you give.
