What is the most WTF moment you've experianced in a game

In Bonetown, in the second chapter, or third I don't remember.. Anyway when the girl is got drunk without drinking, she stuck bottles of beer in her ass. I, in fact, did laugh out loud. Later that night Wikipedia or Yahoo answers showed me that it was very possible; and dangerous.

I'm going to have to think critically about this one...I'll be back...

not being able to kill some people in Fallout new vegas or Skyrim

Bad Rats, its physics is phenomenal.

The ending of Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge. I'm still not sure what the hell happened. And then the third part is like "hey, let's pretending the ending of part 2 never took place, ok?".

Started up Skyrim, was in the convict cart going for decapitation, when all of a sudden I look back. There's a guard on a horse, the horse is stiff and just crawls above ground behind the cart. Lulworthy! Then we reach the city gates and the horses get stuck in the fucking gate, halfway through, asses above our heads, and they just contort in retarded shapes, the cart becomes spasmodic and starts wiggling around everywhere etc etc. I though, omg this game is awesome! I then had hernia from laughter. good times!
