When viewing the item in your inventory it will show a region restriction under its name if it has any

So, I have a Don't Starve Together purchased in a bundle of 4 in 2017, 3 is used up, 1 is remaining.
I have no idea if it is region locked in any way, an didn't want to shoot up a giveaway only to figure in the end it is not possible to use by the winner. Any ideas, how to mark it up or verify? Location of purchase is EU/HU. I decided to clean up my inventory.
