Why i cannot create steam signature?

Usually everything works fine but like 2 weeks it dont work ,i try create new signature and i get this error.
I try everything ,but nothing works :(

I have a better question - why are you asking this here, instead of asking the people at Steam Signature?

Because i tried all sites not only in steamsignature
+In this site people are more helpful.Tnx for help i contact them too :)
