about week ago i create giveaway and guy who won joins steam gifts day before.
So in one week he got 2 games.

jeez.... you don't get it most of you don't get it!
Guy who enter 10 giveaways in one week get 2 wins most of the time he was offline,
i waited 3 days for him to accept my gift. He was damn offline and after that he tried to re-gift one of his wins...

If i care that much about wins like most of you think
i can try to create another profile (if allowed) and get Putin as my avatar i should get 2 wins in first week no problemo (most of time being offline)...
