if you are on thier 10MB package you can upgrade to the 30MB package for free or even save money. if you notice with http://shop.virginmedia.com/broadband/up-to-30mb.html it is the same price as you pay for your 10MB package.

and by the way i phoned up about this and they could offer me the 30MB update for £2 less then i pay now
