Got this twice from purchases at Indiegala.com.
Indiegala displays the game as "Leisure Suit Larry 1 - In the Land of the Lounge Lizards", but according to some users here at SG it redeems as "Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards: Reloaded".

If you win, please check what game version you recieve. I hope it's indeed the Reloaded version, otherwise we'll have to contact support to sort this out ...

Just bought something on indiegala and can also confirm that is the case, you get leisure suit larry reloaded rather than the original.

I don't know how to get the Indiegala game thing working. Suspicious activity apparently?!!?
Supposedly if you change the settings in Steam to Beta>VGA you get the more modern version if you have the "Leisure Suit Larry 1 - In the Land of the Lounge Lizards" version.
